BodyMedia Fit Wireless LINK Armband Weight Control System Review

I’ve been using the BodyMedia Wireless LINK Armband for a week or so now. It’s a pretty high tech gadget as it monitors your sleep patterns, calories burned, steps taken and what level of physical activity you partake inbodymediaIn order to use the BodyMedia  wireless LINK armband you need to subscribe to BodyMedia’s online subscription, a free trial comes with your band purchase though. Basically, you strap the arm band on and wear it all the time. What’s really neat about this armband is that because its wireless you can view all your information through the BodyMedia app. I find this to be very appealing because it helps me check my progress throughout the day, motivating me to make better choices.bodymedia fitYou wear the arm band on the back of your upper arm. I wasn’t sure if I’d like this at first but I barely noticed it and actually found it to be quite comfortable. If your band wears out you can buy a replacement. They also sell larger sizes if the standard band doesn’t fit properly. Overall I think this is a great product for keeping track of everything when you’re trying to lose weight or just live a healthier life. The monthly cost is nominal and the easy to use program is worth the cost.  Losing weight is a long hard journey (trust me!) and I’m always looking for products to make my journey easier – this is one of those products!

With the holidays fast approaching this is the perfect gift for anyone that’s striving to live a healthier life. Give the gift of better health and self confidence!

Check out BodyMedia’s website for additional information on their arm bands and monthly subscriptions. You can also check them out on Facebook or Twitter.
