I’m excited to share my week 10 results from being on Nutrisytem. This was a really good week for me with minimal slip-ups. Yes, there was one slip up which included pizza again. Pizza seems to be one of the things I have a really hard time exercising self control around. There’s not really any excuse because Nutrisystem has several options for pizza and they are all very good. I think every now and again I just want something else.
Despite the pizza indulgence, I finally hit 193 pounds. 193 pounds is a big accomplishment for me because it marks my total weight loss to be 20 pounds. In 10 weeks I have lost 20 pounds, so approximately 2 pounds per week. I read in my Nutrisystem “getting started guide” that losing 1-2 pounds per week is normal and expected while on their program.
When I look in the mirror I really don’t see much of a change in body. The changes are more of a feeling I get. For instance, my pants are feeling huge, I use the smaller setting on my bra and less food fills me up. In the beginning of my Nutrisytem journey I would eat several huge salads in the day time so I wouldn’t get hungry. Now, I might eat 1 or 2 smaller salads and still feel just fine.

Its a great feeling to see people who haven’t seen me since I started losing weight and have them point out how great you look. It’s nice to know that others are also starting to notice my efforts.
