Week 11: Update on Nutrisystem Journey #nsnation #sponsored

With 11 weeks of Nutrisystem completed I’m excited to report a loss of 21 pounds. This weeks weigh in showed one more pound has left my body. I feel great!

Starting Weight: 213

Current Weight: 192

Goal Weight: 170

Other than the loss of 1 pound I don’t have much to report. My goals for this week include the following:

  • Drink more water
  • Experiment with new vegetables
  • Eat slower
  • Clean out closet of clothing that no longer fits

There are quite a few pair of pants that are huge on me now. I’m going to clear up some space in my closet and get rid of them. I don’t plan on them ever fitting me again! Aside from that, I’m eating great Nutrisystem foods each and ever day. My favorite Nutrisystem foods are:

Breakfast: Cinnamon Bun Bar

Lunch: Chicken Tacos

Dinner: Broccoli & Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast
